Founded in 2003, Kehn Motor is a subsidiary wholly-owned by Xinbao Electrical Appliances that mainly specializes in design, manufacture and sale of series motor, induction machine, DC motor and shaded pole motor and related services. The products are widely applied in egg beater, stirrer, microwave oven, electric fan, fan heater, juicer, juice extractor, meat grinder, bread maker, food processor, washing machine, warm air blower, purifier, slicer, air conditioner, automobile and other industries. As a large-scale motor manufacturer, Kehn Motor is committed to provide technology-leading and high-quality motors for global consumers. By owning modern production base of 200,000 square meters and more than 3,000 employees including a number of outstanding and experienced R&D and management personnel, the Company has developed and launched products for 12 categories, 20 series and more than 300 models and specifications as yet, and yearly manufactured more than 60 million motors. The Company has leading ability in researching and developing series motor and other products, and has gained national invention patents with some motor designs.
The motors manufactured by Kehn Motorare certified by CCC and UL & CUL, and all products meet EU RoHS environmental requirement. The matching electric appliances have been exported to more than 100 countries and regions. On the basis of ISO9001:2008 quality management system, ISO14001:2004 environmental management system, OHSAS18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system, Kehn Motor brings in ISO/TS16949 management system, performance excellence management and Leap Production during the operation, and constantly seeks management innovation by means of target management and continual improvement. Kehn Motor owns the most advanced belt conveyor-type full-auto rotor production line in the country currently for automatic and intelligent control of series rotor production process. The Company also owns more than 1,000 equipments special for manufacturing stator and rotor chip and preprocessing stator and rotor, more than 90% of which reaches the international or domestic advanced level, (such as full-auto winding machine, full-auto spot welder, multi-stage reduction balancing machine, auto turning machine, auto waveform tester, high-speed punch and full-auto rotor production line). We keep promise to be the defender for high quality, have established comprehensive quality control system, and own various advanced equipments for test and inspection to insure 100% product pass rate, (such as test projector, noise, air volume and environmental simulation, vacuum test, automatic high-pressure paint film tester, full-auto CMM, roundness measuring instrument and roughness instrument).
